Mark A. Braun

Mark is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and recently served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Law Alumni Association. He also was an Adjunct Professor at Loyola for 25 years having taught students on statutory liabilities which includes instruction on the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act. Mark has argued dozens of cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court. He has given seminars to many professional organizations regarding the Workers' Compensation Act. He also has years of experience representing defendants in civil matters before juries. Mark is a past Chairman of the ISBA Workers' Compensation Committee; past Vice President of Federation of Insurance Corporate Counsel and Chairman of its Workers' Compensation Committee. He is an active member of the American Bar Association; Illinois Bar Association; Chicago Bar Association; and Workers Compensation Lawyers Association. Mark is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
